Lucy’s route into painting began with special effects for film and theatre — a background in sculpture, surfaces, character, and the magic of a convincing detail. Three years studying oil painting in Florence brought a slower discipline: composition, tone, and the patient pleasure of looking.
Today the work moves between personal commissions, murals, church restoration, and digital illustration. The subjects change, but the approach stays close and attentive.
